The Hunt For The Perfect Pillow

I am on a mission assigned to find the picture perfect pillow to finish up a bedroom ensemble:

The pillows are like the jewelry of the room, don’t you think? It is a great way to show off your personality:

I am looking for a pillow, must be striped with blues and whites that will finish up a new redesigned bedroom here. She ordered the wave pillow of the three I suggested, but the background ended up being more of a tan color than the white that was shown online:

She suggested stripes so the bedroom will be a little more masculine for her husband. So I am now hunting for a multi-striped blue pillow.

Have you seen the new home furnishings and accessories collection from Target? The name of the brand is Threshold—a new Target home brand that began to show up in stores in September, 2012 with a full rollout expected this spring.

According to Julie Guggemos, vice president of Target’s product design and development team, the collection prides itself on personality, exceptional quality and outstanding design. “We know how important great design is to our guest. She’s constantly looking for new ways to update her home. We thought it was time to elevate our assortment, by introducing a new brand with strong personality, exceptional quality and outstanding design. You’re not going to find anything else like it!”:

Target is running a promotion now for free shipping on orders over $50.00. A pretty good deal. You can look through the rest of collection here. Best Wall Colors For Stained Trim: Part Two

Isn’t this room above absolutely beautiful? Look at how well the sofa and rug work together. I researched that gorgeous Chesterfield sofa- sold out. I just love this room! I have gotten such a big response from my post Best Wall Colors For Stained Trim, with the above photo, that I thought I would find a few more rooms to share with you. This time I uploaded the photos to Sherwin Williams ChipIt! to see what wall colors would come up:

I think that the colors that are shown in the photos are a realistic representation of the “true” colors. When looking at colors online through your computer screen, remember that although it is a good guide in color selection, the colors are not 100% accurately depicted.
